This blog is my way of getting re-involved with one of my personal passions in life...living a healthy lifestyle and helping others realize they can do it too.

If I can provide inspiration, motivation or information on your journey to being a healthier you, I'm stoked :)

By far my favorite!
Though I generally don’t go for the behind-the-back version. It can screw your shoulders up…or at least it does mine.

Another image that I will use for motivation. I love building a strong back and arm connection.

This guy has an incredible physique!!
Posting this to use as motivation as I kick start a new program tomorrow morning. I’m going to need to start eating at least 2 more meals than I’ve recently been taking in. Cutting out the booze, riding my bike instead of driving my car, drinking more water, and keeping the gym routines effective and consistent.

So here is my challenge for the guys…do these! You will feel the burn and probably be sore the next day. These are not just for the ladies…

I always loved inviting guys to do a Pilates class with me. They act so tough before it starts and within 15 minutes the smile is gone and the sweating/groaning in full effect :)

I have been away from the gym for a few months now. Just finished my first week back trying to stay consistent with my muscle-specific work.
My cardio is staying pretty solid with all the hikes and runs I’ve been doing outside. Keeping up the progress. Always moving forward!
