100-yard sprint x 2
20-yard ladder sprint
100-yard jog x 2

I have been away from the gym for a few months now. Just finished my first week back trying to stay consistent with my muscle-specific work.
My cardio is staying pretty solid with all the hikes and runs I’ve been doing outside. Keeping up the progress. Always moving forward!
