5 rounds for time:
Traveling lunges x 32 w/25 lb dumbbells
Overhand pullups on climbing wall grips x 12
Weighted Situps w/15 lb med. ball x 20
Kettlebell swings w/35 lb kettlebell x 20
Hanging leg raises & twists x 15 each
Weighted lat crunch & ab crunch x 15 each
Total time: 42:19
Going to be sore after this one. I generally don’t hit my abs as hard as I did today. This ended up being a great routine that really focused on legs, abs and cardio. I ended up looking super beat and with swollen abs.
