Box jumps today after a rough cardio session of manual sprints (powering the treadmill belt with your legs instead of turning it on). And then 2 miles on a 8.0 incline.

I fell off my box jump routine, but am happy to know I haven’t lost all of my progress. This was 44” and I did 4 rounds of 3 jumps at this height. I worked down from there @ 36” and 24” for 4 rounds each as well.

Finally been able to get back into the gym with some sort of regularity. Starting to fill back in on some of the spots I wasn’t stoked about, but still have plenty of work to do.

The speed interval training from this morning was pretty intense! Maintaining a level of 2.0 on the incline and 2 min. intervals up to 11 mph.  I love doing these because I never focus on the total distance until I am done and can’t believe how far I’ve actually run. Good way to trick yourself into running longer than you thought you could…focus on something besides the distance!

*And that time did include my warm-up and cool down so for all you hardcore peeps out there…I’m comin for ya! :)

New fitness goal to strive for…handstand and balance capability.

Going to be sore after this one. I generally don’t hit my abs as hard as I did today. This ended up being a great routine that really focused on legs, abs and cardio. I ended up looking super beat and with swollen abs.
