Jumping Pullups x 15
Push-Up / Dips Ladder (6,5,4,3,2,1 each)
Kettlebell Swing x 20 w/ 35 lbs
Box Jumps x 15 @ 40 inches
Push-Ups x 25
Mountain Climbers x 100
Pike Raises w/ swiss ball x 15
TOTAL TIME: 56 min.

Traveling lunges x 32 w/25 lb dumbbells

Overhand pullups on climbing wall grips x 12

Weighted Situps w/15 lb med. ball x 20

Kettlebell swings w/35 lb kettlebell x 20

Hanging leg raises & twists x 15 each

Weighted lat crunch & ab crunch x 15 each

Total time:  42:19


Going to be sore after this one. I generally don’t hit my abs as hard as I did today. This ended up being a great routine that really focused on legs, abs and cardio. I ended up looking super beat and with swollen abs.

My diet and gym schedule has been pretty solid over the last few months. If only I could cut out the late night beer drinking with co-workers. Oh well. Sometimes it’s good to act a fool

Asparagus, broccoli, sweet potato, jalapeno, kidney beans, cannelini beans, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, garlic, spinach
Turmeric spice, raisins, (1) squeezed orange
Brown rice & Lentils
